POWER PLAY™ PRE WORKOUT

This pre workout is great! I have used it on a couple of occasions for different types of workouts e.g. running & weights, unlike other pre’s I didn’t get left with any unwanted symptoms for example itching sweating, it just gave me the right energy and a clear head to push through my workouts,. The main benefit I liked was how it made me feel so focused throughout from start to finish.

After receiving my samples from l8lift I used them in a 2 hour jiu-jitsu workout and all can say is wow flavor was on point mixed extremely well and gave me the perfect amount of energy and focus to push in to the later rounds highly recommended can't wait to use more in my gym workouts also well done to the guys over at l8lift.
